Something sweet for a gloomy Sunday morning, colourful brunch or early afternoon tea. An Autumn version of a simple favourite Fairy Bread. All you need is a batch of scotch pancakes, smooth jam in your favourite flavour (I chose Apricot), sugar sprinkles, and a heart shaped cookie cutter. Toast the pancakes, when cool enough to handle, cut your hearts with the cookie cutter. Spread with jam or a little melted (real) butter right to the edges. Sprinkle with sugar strands!
