Another dangerously icy weekend, we’ve had blizzards, hail, thunder, sleet, gales, and this time my husband is stranded in Malaga, so while I wait for his return (again), I am remembering some of my favourite days since I started Lobster and Swan.
The day we painted the lounge dark grey and I started wearing real ballet shoes as slippers (this pair are still going strong). The day we had a lazy Saturday with a trip to Tunbridge wells, some shopping and a visit to the farmers market, where we got the tastiest treacle tart.
The day when I collaged everything pink and frillyThe sunny day we got back from Paris and I hung all my vintage postcards along a memory string. The day we cooked our supper on a beautiful beach and stayed up wrapped in blankets until the stars came out.

I would love it if you put up the link about one of your favourite blogging days, have a safe weekend.

Grippy shoes for all!

Oops, one of the links sends you to Prague, not Vienna. This is the Vienna one. It was very cold and I was there at night for a fleeting visit. http://tracynko-motile.blogspot.com/2010/02/bitter-north-wind-blew-me-here.html

I absolutely adore the pink frilly collage. I might do something like that but in green for our room.

Wishing him home safe, my boy is stuck in Japan…fingers crossed he is back tomorrow but I am remaining only cautiously hopeful at the moment…

I’m dreaming of sunnier blogging days (http://teacupscupcakes.blogspot.com/2010/05/soak-up-sun.html) on this, the shortest of the year.
