JUST DON’T CALL IT A FEATURE WALL

Amazing Designer WallpaperI really don’t like the term. Not sure why, maybe all those low budget day time TV makeover shows have overdone it with bad choices? In reality there is great excitement to be had when papering only one wall and of course with a quarter of the commitment and the budget, not devoting a whole room to one pattern might be the way to go, we have been here before you and I, but the more I think about it the more I think I am going to be brave and decorate our guest bedroom with a wild paper. After all we will only wander in and out of it occasionally and I want to have a bit of fun with the decor in this new home of ours, now comes the hard part – choosing a pattern!

The ones featured above are – Reverie c.1971 wallpaper in Jungle by Little Greene - Nina Campbell’s Perroquet wallpaper - Cole And Son Flamingos Wallpaper By Una Lindsay and lastly Schumacher’s Chiang Mai Dragon originally derived from an exuberant 1920′s Art Deco era block print.
