My succulent and cactus obsession started a few years ago when I was given a couple of baby Cacti by my lovely local florist and then rescued some sad looking, little green individuals from the Ikea basement plant shop! Finding them easy to care for and propagate my collection crew and grew. Now our living room is looking like a lush green jungle. So I was thrilled when the lovely Kate asked me to come along and see TOAST‘s collaboration with the beautiful shop Botany.
After discovering her beautiful, independent plant and lifestyle shop Botany last Autumn on a trip to Chatsworth Road in East London, TOAST recently launched this six week Pop up with the owner Angela in their Notting Hill store.
Nestled in the heart of Hackney’s creative community, Botany houses a carefully curated selection of ethically sourced hand-crafted products, organic skincare and paper goods, alongside an abundance of indoor plant life – from unusual succulents to cacti and house plants. 
You can find Angela’s carefully curated collection of fine plant specimens and lifestyle products alongside the gorgeous as ever new TOAST collection at their Notting Hill store from now until the 2nd of May.
Offerings include the amazing scent and skincare range by Honest, potted succulents and cacti in modern rustic Conpot concrete planters, inspiring reads, beautiful water misters, and a range of recycled glass vases and jars to display your plants and flowers in.
The plants look right at home in the beautiful setting of this TOAST store, the unusual succulent varieties, clothes and accessories all draw you in, everything is so touchable – except the spiky ones ;). I have fallen in love cardamom candles, these brass plant sprayers above and a truck load of knitwear from the SS15 collection.
