CRAFTING A UNIQUE SPACE WITH – THE MAKER

Happy Friday! I am just taking a break from purging even more possessions from our home – to share another beautiful book with you. Spring is in the air – let’s make things with The Maker by Tamara Maynes! This book is filled with inspiration, projects and advice. Packed with beautiful imagery, projects and the beautiful work and words of over forty crafts people. Covering a history of making through to projects specially designed for the book, and detailed information about all the raw materials you will come across on your making travels – the pages will inform, inspire and encourage you to fill your space serenely and subtly with hand-made objects. The perfect way to spend a weekend if you ask me :)The items showcased in each section with photography by Eve Wilson are exquisite, just look at this chair, I would love that to live in our home?!! I am quite in love with this handpainted linen curtain below and now need to make one asap.Are you in the mood for creating this weekend now?
