Happy Monday to you. A couple of sunny days and the world is coming out of hibernation. Delicate blossoms are decorating the hedgerows like falling stars and bright yellow daffs are smiling up from verges everywhere. This March so far we have driven down to Wales for a weekend with friends at the Chicken Shed, visited the studio of our friend Pip Wilcox, swooned in Baileys Home and Garden, added spring updates to the office, popped into the new Turning Earth studios to swoon over all the clay goodness, and consumed lots of organic herbal tea and coffee. Here are a few pictures from my month so far, I hope yours is off to a good start too x
Spring cheer – ‘No Rain No Flowers’ mini Pennant from the lovely Katie here.
Ohhhh, what a delicious blog post (and not ‘cos I’m in it!). Your photos always make be emit blissful sighs. Turning Earth looks like it might actually be heaven. Big hugs, Pip x
Thanks Pip, it is HEAVEN amazing place and great cafe opening up right on the corner too,if you pop up for a visit one time?! :)
Hi Jeska. Beautiful post, as always. Where did you get the “no rain, no flowers” pennant from, please? It’s lovely. I’ve just moved into a new flat – literally next door to my old one – and it would be perfect in my bedroom. Or kitchen! I’ve had a pretty grim March so far; I was in hospital from 11 February until 14 March with a bone infection but I’m home now, thankfully, bolstered by antibiotics and painkillers, in a nice sunny bedroom with my neighbour’s cat prowling around, so things are getting better. Have a lovely weekend xx
Oh no Alison! I hope you will be feeling full of spring soon. The pennant is from the lovely Katie here – http://www.katiehousley.co.uk/ she does two different ones – just right to bring some cheer to approaching April days ;) xxx
