Happy weekend to you – we have caught the seasonal cleaning bug here at home, so I thought it was time for a ‘tidy home’ inspired, Spring Giveaway. One of the first brands we knew we had to have in our store was Uashmama . Spotted on a trip to Copenhagen, they were so tactile and versatile as well as being eco-friendly – that we fell for them right away. Fast forward a year and a half and the lovely people who own the brand took a shine to our styling and photography, and they asked us to shoot some promotional pictures for them to use!
Feeling very honoured we decided to go with how we would use these storage bags on a daily basis and filled them with wrapping papers, blankets and of course – plants. We are not stocking these in the store yet – so two pairs of the bags are up for grabs here today to celebrate all the fun we had shooting them and how much I love you peeps for visiting me when you get the chance.
The first pair you could win is the lidded version of the bags, one small dark grey and one large brown. Sturdy and crumpled to perfection, they are great for keeping your bathroom accessories neat, magazines out of sight, piling high with balls of knitting yarn or filling with kids toys that need to be tidied out of your living space in the evening.
The second set is these strong leather handled beauties one of each size in dark grey. Super versatile, they are great used as tote bags or visually pleasing storage in any room. I love the look of the taller one when the top is rolled down (see the brown version in the second picture of this post). I throw the baby sized one over my arm when I am nipping to the farm shop and the larger is great for storing extra blankets or even filling with kindling and paper to keep by the fire – no messy splinters falling out all over the floor like you often get with a basket!
To enter to win one of these two sets, all you need to do is – leave a comment below saying hello and which set you would prefer and what you will store inside! I will get one of the cats to choose a winner next Friday :)
Happy weekend and good luck! x
Hello! Oh my! Love, love, love these. I would choose the leather handled pair to store firewood and magazines. Happy spring-cleaning xx

Half and half I reckon Maria! ;)
I belive you’re right there ;) I wouldn’t be allowed to keep them all to myself anyways!

Hello, absolutely love these, given the choice I love the 2nd set, I’m habitually untidy and would store all my embroidery bits in the smaller one and use the bigger one for the toys that are always everywhere, both will look beautiful in the corner of the sitting room. Xx
Thanks for commenting Sophie – your name is in! :)
Woohoo!! Thank you xx

Beautiful as always. I would love the two leather handled bags – my two beloved cats, willow and ash, could hide in one each. They turn one in April and have brought so much joy to our household and helped our teen daughter get through a very dark and painful part of her, and our, lives. They would be perfect for her room :). Here’s hoping!!

So lovely to pleasantly stumble upon Lobster And Swan on Instagram! I would love to win the dark grey leather handled beauties for stylish storage of wool scarves and shawls (for me) and kindling (for him) by winter… and trendy totes for warmer months on the go :) xx

Hello! I love the grey ones! About to move to a house with a woodburner so there’ll be lots of cosy evenings with throws and cuddly whippets. So my head says keep kindling or throws in them but my HEART says experiment with my two sprawling and unruly cheese plants…

I would love the grey ones with handles. I could easily fill the large one with paperwork and magazines and the smaller one with children’s clutter! Although I think my cat would actually like to sit in either of them! :-)
They do seem popular with cats! Mine love the brown bags! :)

Hello Jeska…ha…you probably guessed I’d pop up to enter this…I am a big fan (my bank account not so much!?) of the store, as you know. I would love to enter to win the second set of bags please, with the leather handles (the carry tote bags). I’d keep my new blankets in one I think…for cosy nights by the fire, camping and to offer guests in the garden when we have late night summer BBQs and I think I’d use the smaller one for any items I find out and about for drawing inspiration – today I found a beautiful pine cone to sketch whilst out walking. Thank you & fingers crossed x
Great ideas – loving the sound of late night summer BBQs! :)
Hello! This is such a great giveaway :) – I would love the ones with the leather handles. I would used the big one in my son’s (arriving July) nursery to keep all his toys tidy and the smaller one for a plant to add some greenery to the house! So beautifully styled – love them!
Thanks Liz – your name is in the hat – good luck! :)

I would love to win either of these for my mum (moominforest) who has helped me and continues to help me through a difficult part of my life. I couldn’t afford to get her a mother’s day present so these would be an awsome way to say thanks and I love you
Oh, such a nice idea Jess – I hope things are looking up :)

Hello! These are gorgeous! And the perfect place to keep cats! Well, they do like to go in things! But apart from cats they would be great for my overflowing collection of tote bags… and cat toys. But you know what would happen then! Decisions decisions. The second grey pair are lovely lovely!
I seem to have amassed so many tote bags too?! But at least we now remember to take them to the shops with us to use! ;)

Hello! I tried to comment before, but it seemed to disappear! I love the leather handled bags, I’m moving to a house with a woodburner this week so kindling, logs and cosy throws for whippet cuddles by the fire sound like a plan but my heart says experiment with my two unruly cheese plants! Sorry if this appears twice! I’m not trying to get an unfair advantage lol!
Whippet cuddles by the fire – sound magic!

Hello! Am loving all of the bags but the handled ones are my favourite. There are too many things I would like to store but I reckon either kindling for my fire or loo rolls in bathroom or rolls of paper for drawing… The list goes on! Katy (Lewes)
They are SO versatile! :)

These are beautiful looking storage bags. I’ve recently coaxed a sorry looking fig tree back to health and it would look lovely in the 2nd set of leather handled bags.
I enjoy these beautiful posts you put together, thank you! X

They are gorgeous and would look great in the apartment. I would go for the leather handled in dark grey and I’d store rolled up sketches/drawings or I’d definitely try a plant as it looks great! I’m from Dublin, Ireland.. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to enter ;)
They are joyful with plants in aren’t they?! :)
They sure are :)

Hi!
These are just so gorgeous and I love how you styled them. For us, the lidless ones would be brilliant storage for our son’s washable nappies, which when clean currently sit in a very shabby tote bag. The smaller one would be brilliant storage for his muslins, baby wipes and nappy liners which otherwise are on a bookshelf looking very untidy!
Grown up hiding places for baby’s things – great idea :)

ooh yes, Flowers – lovely Julie

Oooh, these are so lovely, Jeska…I’m on a spring clear out mission, too… I love the grey ones with leather handles….but what would I put in them??? Difficult to decide as I’m only part way in to the KonMari method. It would be good to use on for scarves and gloves, and belts…they don’t have a decent home, yet. I also have quite a fabric stash and a few sewing bits that are dumped in a cardboard box at the moment. They probably deserve better :-)

Yes – great for fabric and making supplies – good luck with KonMari – I am reading that too! :)
They’re gorgeous, I’d love the ones with lids I could store my raw wool tops in them ☺
Perfect for wool!

Hi!
I absolutely adore the lidded Uashmama bags. I bought a couple of the smaller bags from you a while back for the kitchen to use as a fruit and veg baskets and love them!
I’ve been looking to buy a larger bag for my bedroom now that the weather’s warming up to store my great-grandmother’s old Welsh tapestry blankets, which are too precious to hide away completely until next Autumn! I’m in the middle of re-decorating my first home; the larger of the two would look perfect there! The smaller bag would work brilliantly in our living room to store my rescue pup’s toys and might save me from tripping over them quite so much!
Aww puppies and Welsh blankets sound like the makings of a happy home indeed :)
Ciao Jeska, wow Uashmama choice giveaway, favoloso! My favourite would have to be the leather handled pair. The grande I’d use to store fabrics and bambino would be handy for popping to the baker’s via my chosen espresso stop. I hope your gorgeous “gattinos choose me as a winner! x
They would love to live with you I am sure Lynn! xxx
How different and beautiful. My first thought was the lidded pair – they would soften the area around the wood-burner and be perfect for kindling and papers. There is something calming about them. Eve
Perfect fireside companions Eve :)
Whato. I like the leather handled ones. We’re moving house on 24th and I might hide in one…they’re pretty big, right?
hahah! Love this Natalie – good luck with the move! :)
Hello. Wow love these. So unusual. Really like the grey ones with the handles. I would store my craft things in it x
Great crafty hiding places :)
I love the leather handled bags….I would want them somewhere where I could look at them often, probably in my craft room and I would probably store in one of them my rolls of wallpaper / papers and then fabric scraps in another but that might well change! whatever they ended up storing they would be very well loved by me. x
Good to hear Helen! :)
I love these! I’m had pressed to decide as both sets are so lovely. I think the lidded ones to hide toys!!
:) popular choice!
Aren’t they gorgeous – they picked well getting you guys to shoot some stylin’ pics of their bags! Oh those lidded ones – I love them! So earthy and kinda perfect for the season we’re approaching where we will need to store lots of baby things around the house to keep handy. I dread the onslaught of baby things so having these as storage would make me feel like at least we can do it in style! x
Yes newborn storage! Come on little baby – we want to see your face! xx :)
Ooooh these are gorgeous! I’d love the ones with the leather handles. If I was being kind I’d store my boys toys in them, but I think I’m more likely to use them as a tote or to store my crafty bits in. Who doesn’t love a versatile bag that also doubles up as storage?? xx
Two good options there! :)
These are all so beautifully presented its difficult to say which would be my preference but I think the grey leather handled ones would be perfect for the mountains of wool I have….. something tells me our little grey cat would be quite happy curled up inside too!
Yes! Yarn and cats – happy visions x
Lovely bags! As I have hoovered up fragments of kindling for the umpteenth time just this morning, I think your suggestion of storing fire starting material in them is an excellent one. I think the bags with the lids are super.
Thanks Josie! :)
Ooo! I would love the lidded set! I would use the small one for bathroom hand towels, and the tall one for my growing collection of scarves and throws knit by my beloved grandmother.
Yay! I love Grandma knits! :)
Hello! I would love the lidded beauties to store all my darling 2yr old’s…well…life in! Toys, books, blankets…lots! Out of sight out of mind etc etc xx
Tidy nights could be yours! :)
Hello! I love the lidded storage bags in both colors. Would display with blankets or use as a clothes hamper. Thanks for bringing these bags to my attention.
Your name is in Stephen :)
Hi Jeska … Loving the leather handled ones! Now what would I store ? Myself on time out days?! :) it would be storage for things that make me happy! Books to read, recipes to try, ideas for days to go see and do and a Welsh woollen blanket that has my name on it!
Ooh bags of happy – I like the sound of that, Eleri! :)
These are absolutely fantastic. I love the ones with the large leather handles. I would use them in my livingroom to store my girls’ toys in. It always looks like an explosion in a toy store and I’m constantly on the lookout for stylish storage that doesn’t compromise the look and feel of Mt livingroom.
Brilliant plan Stacey – so good to have some crumpled happiness to hide the days things inside, once the evening arrives.

Thanks for entering Stephanie!
Thanks for entering Stephanie!
I like the second set and there are so many uses for them I would probably start using them for the kids soft toys but that would progress to perhaps their washing or blanket storing like I said the uses are endless
Fingers crossed for you Jo :)

Both styles are beautiful! I’d have to choose the leather handles ones as I love the idea of using the smaller one as a bag. The large one I’d use to store my ridiculous collection of scarves :)
We do love our scarves don’t we?! ha! x

Such gorgeous photographs! How much do I want to win these?! Definitely the ones with the leather handles I reckon – can think of so many different uses for them. I think I’d use the big one as a laundry basket, and the smaller one for my yarn. Hope you’re having a lovely weekend xx
yay Heather! Hello from a fellow yarn hoarder :)

Hello Jeska, both sets are gorgeous but with my practical hat on I Would have to choose second set as the smaller one can be a much needed smart tote bag for everyday and the larger a laundry basket for our new laundry room! Here’s hoping… Myrtle Bank (Hastings)

The dark grey bags are so so lovely! I would use the big one in our living room to store our blankets and throws and the small one next to the piano to store our sheet music (although I’m pretty sure both would likely end up being cat beds)!

I love the lidded set … very sensibly keeps everything clean and tidy inside! One would be for all our winter gear once winter disappears and the other for my massive collection of yarns and projects I claim I will finish at one point ;)

I’d love the set with the handles! I’d use the smaller one when grocery shopping (imagine a baguette and a huge bunch of baby’s breathe peeking out of the top!), and use them both within the home to store away winter jumpers and blankets)
Fingers crossed!

I love the grey with leather handles. Such a great brand, practical yet design focused. It’d go to good use as a home for all my winter wear; scarves, gloves, woolly hats etc.

hello! Love the simplicity of these and the grey hue. Storage like this is so handy for bits and bobs. The ones with handles would be so handy for setting about the house in our case. The smaller for tiny treasures for the boys and the larger for blankets for snuggling (can never have enough!)… There’s a kipper in it for the cat! ;)
Ha! Love this Hilary – I’ll put in a good word with wallis ;)

Well, HELLO! Those leather handled beauties would be the perfect addition to our recently refurb’d living room and look so at home next to the stove filled with kindling and freshly chopped logs! Although, I’ve got to be honest, I would totally claim to have only won one to the rest of the herd and the second would be squirrelled off to my she-shed-come-office and filled to the brim with my curious crafty collection! : )
I won’t tell the herd if you don’t ;)
I won’t tell the herd if you don’t ;)

What beautiful styling :) You both have such amazing style. It is not my most favourite time of year here in the southern hemisphere but I do love changing the house around to make it more cosy for those cooler evenings and a wee grey basket with handles would be just the thing to have next to the fire filled with pine cones! Yay bring on the mulled wine!!
ha! I wish it was still mulled wine season! :)

Gosh these are beauties. As I have a beach hut which we cram in as much as possible but also allow enough space to sit in, I would use this to hang on the back of our double doors so guests could store their phones, keys, swimming things so everything is off the floor allowing more space for fun. Rolled up blankets become gold when the sun starts to set and the air becomes a little bit chillier. You know this. So the grey ones with handles would be beach hut treasure! Elinor x
Great idea Elinor! Your beach hut evenings sound divine :)

Hello Jeska! The dark grey with leather handles bags are so beautiful! Instead of the current tote I am using I would use the smaller one for shopping, The large brown bag I would use it in our baby nursery. I went to the brand website and I am awe, all their products are so beautiful and even better eco-friendly!
Thanks Maria! :)
Hello what a fabulous giveaway. Will love to win the lidded version of the bags. Would use them for magazines and books and one for our bathroom accessories. Gorgeous colours.
Yay! Glad you like them! :)
I love the dark gray set. I would store outdoor patio stuff.
Good idea!
Great giveaway! I like the grey with leather handles. I would use the bag in my living room to store my blanket.
:)
I’m lovinggg the dark grey with the leather handles! I’m planning to put my work supplu wrapping papers and sorts in them, cause they would look gorgeous in them! This Jeska for this sweet giveaway!
:) they are perfect paper holders! :)
Oooo! Thanks for the lovely giveaway Jeska! I absolutely adore the lidded ones. They’d be perfect for storing my boyfriends caps and beanies so I don’t have to keep finding them all over the flat! ? ? xoxo
Yes! We have quite the hat collection here too! ;)
Hello! I love the leather handed beauties and would love to store blankets in them or yoga mats! I hope I win!! Thank you! ;)
:) good luck Kim!
Oh, the leather ones are so beautiful!
We could store our tack and some of our more expensive dressage kit in them. It’s really difficult to get beautiful storage for the tack room. Everybody thinks it’s just a storage room, but it’s so much more, because we have a sofa in it and spend hours in there planning sessions and feeding etc. So surrounding ourselves with beautiful and yet practical things is kind of a necessity❤️
Have a lovely weekend
A&R?
Sounds like a lovely place to spend some time! :)
I love such storage ideas with style! The second set would perfectly fit the bathroom for towels and toilettpaper.
You are in the hat Pepper!
I’m also in full spring clean mode.
They are great. I love the ones with leather handles. I would definitely use one for a plant in my bedroom. Was actually looking at some yesterday afternoon.
But they are so versatile so would use for my endless supply of fabric and leather cut offs, art materials et cetera.
Good Luck everyone.
Seems many of us here have a fabric pile to stash! :)
Hi Jeska, what a gorgeous giveaway! I’d love to win the grey, leather handled pair of baskets. Living in a studio as I do, with nowhere to hide “stuff”, my storage solutions have to be pretty and fit in with my colour scheme. These baskets would make a perfect addition, the larger housing my yoga bits and the small various remotes and chargers xx
Great ideas Rachel!
These are so gorgeous! I love the lidded ones… I’d keep them in my hall for storing all of my many, many scarves !
Wahoo! Another scarf gatherer like me! :)
I adore the second set ~ I would use the large one for days out/picnics and the smaller one as storage for kitten treats (tabbies steal my heart). Thank you Jeska
Kitten treats! :)
Hello, I would absolutely treasure the lidded version! My husband and I have the tiniest flat and struggle to keep bits and bobs tidy enough for the place to look pretty and not messy – keeping general life bits in these would be perfect!
These are great for small space storage Tracey :)
Hello I love the grey with leather handles. Perfect for the playroom. Introduce the children to style and tidiness at a young age. Gorgeous
Sounds good to me!
OH MY, OH MY … a few extra days so I can pop my hand up. So gorgeous and practical. I’d love either colourway, but think the biggest grey one with the handles would be perfect for hiding, I mean neatly containing, my ever growing stash of pretty wrapping papers and ribbons. : )
They do look so good with rolls of paper peeping out :)
These are gorgeous! Can’t wait for them to be stocked! Loving the lidded versions, they would be great in our shared bathroom to store all the flatmates toiletries in a cool manner. Thanks for the generous giveaway comp! S x
Good luck!
Hello Jeska! Beautiful storage bags and great giveaway!
The grey with leather handles would look great with my knitting yarn and my special paper colection:)
Yarn is also a popular choice here! :)

Hello!
We would love the grey leather ones…they would be perfect for storing our dressage tack. It’s so difficult to find beautiful storage for the tack room, where we spend so much time each day.
This is very generous of you to host such a lovely give away.
Amelie
Such a wonderful collection of storage bags! I adore the dark grey leather handled set – they would contrast beautifully with our all-white walls and be the perfect storage solution in our little hallway too! I’d love to use the larger bag for scarves plus other accessories and the small bag (hanging nicely on the wall) to home a pretty plant :)
Hello! And what a fantastic giveaway! Any of these gorgeous bags would be perfect to store my ever growing yarn stash. Thanks so much! Niki. @niki_atthecottage on instagram
Love the grey with leather handles :-)
The handled beauties! These would be great for carrying floral supplies to events — and even as a gathering bag for last-minute foraged cuts! They really are lovely and look so durable.
