Fun stuff to try - weekend DIY'sToday I have been on a bus catching, parcel posting, chocolate gathering (yep I’m all out) mission, now safely back at the lodge I have been looking for interesting things around the blog world. So here are five fun friday finds for the weekend.

1. FIORDILATTE LAVENDER ICE CREAM AND HONEY BRITTLE from The Red Bistro. Beautifully simple, sweet and fragrant. ‘Perfect for lazy spring into summer afternoons’.

2. A DIY STATEMENT NECKLACE from Elizabeth Banks by Aunt Peaches. Colouring rhinestone necklaces with permanent markers and nail polish. For anyone like me, addicted to sparkle, I am sure you have seen these gorgeous candy coloured diamante necklaces in J Crew etc. Well now I am a garden owner and have to spend all my money on spades and shingle, (tears welling up) this is a fun penny wise solution to getting my hands on one.

3. WONDERING IF YOU COULD EVER GO SHAMPOO FREE? Investigate further with A House in the Hills.

4. PAINT BLOGGERS AND BARNS Check out some more Annie Sloan paint how to action with the lovely Natasha from Candy Pop. And remember to enter my giveaway to get your hands on all the tips! x

5. TYPE INSPIRATION with A Pair of Pears.

Have a fun May weekend!
